Terms & Conditions

By registering for this workshop and all other services, you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions, including any policies referred to herein; collective “terms”, (Code of Conduct, Copyright & Social Media Sharing, Cancellation, Refund and Delay, Acknowledgment of Risks, Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to change this site and these Terms at any time.  The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Code of Conduct

In working with The JodieB Experience models, it is to be understood there is a strict code of conduct expectation for all photography attendees and staff / volunteers.  JodieB has personally curated a select group of professional / skilled models and each is to be treated with respect, kindness and professional courtesy.  Models are not available in-between shoot sets or after hours.  At no time is it permissible to pull aside any model for personal photo shoots.  During shoot set, if a model is uncomfortable with posing or placement or feels unsafe, they have the right to refuse.  No rude or inappropriate behavior / language will be tolerated and can be grounds for withdrawal from the workshop without refund.  This Code of Conduct also applies to all the JodieB Experience workshop staff and volunteers, as well as all other workshop attendees.  If there are any issues of concern, there will be three main staff members you can go to in confidence; Jodie Baxendale, Jessica Casteel or Tina Waite.  Please communicate any concerns immediately, so it can be addressed in a timely manner.

Ranch A Lodge and surrounding property is historic and under preservation.  We ask and expect all attendees and staff / volunteers to respect and care for the Ranch A property during our stay.  Please take precaution to not damage the buildings, walls, flooring, furniture, grounds and décor.  If an accident does occur, please report ASAP to Jodie, Jessica or Tina.  We ask that you respect each others’ space and property.  Likewise, we ask that you take care to protect your personal belongings and gear, as we are not responsible for any damage to and/or loss of those items.  If any personal lost item is found, please give the item to Jodie, Jessica or Tina so it may be returned to the owner.

Attendance is expected for this all-inclusive endeavor.  Having everyone participate in the lodging, class times, meals, shoot sets and social hour is all a part of the whole experience.  The schedule is packed to get in as much as we can during our time together, but we have also allowed time for self-led activities, breaks and down times to relax.
